COVID-19:

During the Isolation Lockdown, as well as the need for social distancing, computers coming to the Mr Mac workshop in Brunswick Heads are treated with a thorough cleaning process (using Isopropyl Alcohol) on arrival and at handover. With the restrictions mostly lifted, Mr Mac will gradually return to normal operations. In the meantime, stay safe!

Some Mr Mac background: In early 2019 there was a 'change of the guard' as Tommi Hain (the original Mr Mac) retired and headed back to the UK for new adventures. (We wish him happy travels and thank him for all his great Mac work over the years).

Having taken over as the new 'Mr Mac’, I just want to say that this first year has been exceptional! I've continued with the same contact details, rates and commitment to quality service. Email support is free for our clients, as is advice on purchasing a Mac, either new or second hand. Ms Mac (Lisa) and myself (Dave) look forward to helping you with all your Apple-related issues. My rate is $120 for a home visit (hourly rate), with an extra premium added in for call outside the Byron Shire (eg, Lennox, Ballina, Alstonville or Tweed Shire and further North).
