Q: What problems can a Mr Mac booking resolve?
A: I usually do system optimisation, (speeding up slow computers) as well as streamline your acounts and cloud subscriptions. I can also advise on hardware upgrades or new Mac purchases depending on the client’s needs.
Q: If I make a booking, what happens then?
A: Generally I come to your home, business or office and work on your machine there. However, if that’s not convenient, I can also work on your machine in the Mr Mac Laboratory.
Q: If I make a booking, what happens then?
A: Mr Mac charges $100 per hour for workshop time, and $150 per hour for on-site visits which can be spent on whatever is required, whether that be tuition, troubleshooting, system upgrades etc. If you are out of the Byron Shire (eg Ballina or Tweed) the first hour is $180 followed by the usual rate thereafter.
Q: Do you take bookings outside Byron Shire?
A: Yes, I do. There is, however, a one-way travel fee of $50 to cover the extra hour of commuting. If you want to fly me to a different locale, by all means, get in touch (javascript:void(0))to discuss!
