A free photo viewer with a lot of attributes so you can do things to images, batch process included.

From the same mob is a free video editor for simple trimming and editing movies. You can extract the audio, rotate and more than enough for most basic needs.

4. SkyView

Wonderful free app of the sky that shows where the constellations are in relation to your position, during the day as well. A pro version for $2.50

5. BookWright

Self publishing made easy. Print and eBook from the same file without costly software is the hook for this one. Looks simple and good.

6. Wix Websites

Self publishing your own website is also simple with these guys. And free! Of course you can’t get a purpose built site tailored to your own needs but if you just want something basic then give it a try.

7. iStabilizer Gadgets

Offering several gadgets to make the use of iDevices easier, the iStabilizer guys have adaptors to let you mount your iPad or iPhone onto a regular camera tripod for better pics plus even a Bluetooth remote so you can take the shots while a few metres away. or a Monopod which is an extension to take selfies with the better rear facing camera.

8. Invoice2go

MYOB watch out! The choices are expanding weekly, Invoice2go is the latest to raise it’s flag. Free to try and then very cheap, it syncs your invoices and receipts cross your devices

9. GoodNotes

Quite amazing app which means you can write on PDFs and other files! Sign them and write notes, annotate by writing in digital ink across a heap of file types. Converts files to Word or RTF. The Mac version is $37 and for iDevice $7.50.
