My name is Tom Hain, AKA Mr Macintosh and I have been supporting Apple Macintosh clients in the Byron Shire for over 10 years. In this time I have built up a loyal clientele who appreciate personal service and quick solutions to the common situations that arise in the day to day life of the Mac computer, iPhone, iPad and iPod user.
My business is based on visits to the home or business that needs assistance: apart from physical hardware problems most issues can be sorted out on the computer in situ, saving valuable down time.
Email support is free for my clients, as is free advice on purchasing a Mac, either new or second hand. There is a free monthly For Sale mail out catering for pre-loved equipment that is sent to all on my mailing list, any on it can offer their items for sale.
